The challenge
Customers were defaulting to the call centre, even when the website contained relevant information. The team needed a practical way to guide people to useful content during high-friction moments.
What we delivered
We designed and tested an AI-supported chatbot experience, grounded in real user needs and call-centre data. We mapped conversations, iterated weekly with users, and launched a prototype into market testing at speed.
