Helping unify three Victorian building and construction regulators into one digital destination. Discovery revealed fragmented journeys, inconsistent governance and outdated technology. Rebuilding on Squiz DXP enables structured content, strong governance and clearer pathways. The project delivers a unified IA, cohesive design system and scalable platform to improve clarity and confidence.
Streamlining Content Management at DJSIR
Working with Squiz and the DJSIR to unify content management following the integration of the Victorian Skills Authority. Early discovery revealed difficulty finding information, inconsistent workflows and reliance on external tools. The project enhances search, governance and content creation, adopting Ripple 2.0 to deliver a more efficient, consistent and dependable content environment.
Redeveloping the NZ Department of Internal Affairs Website
Supporting the Squiz team and the NZ Department of Internal Affairs to redevelop its outdated, fragmented website. Discovery revealed usability issues, complex content structures and technical constraints. The project delivers a modern user experience, clearer information architecture and a scalable Squiz foundation, creating an accessible, resilient and future-ready site for all New Zealanders.
