To celebrate 20 years in market, Deepend Group has launched ReGr( )up – a deep dive into the key-challenges facing some of Australia’s most important industries in 2020 and more specifically, how we can navigate through these.
Drawing on decades of learnings, deep sector knowledge from trusted partners, and insights from our team of amazing thinkers across technology, digital, innovation and communications, we’ll unpack how technology, culture, and society are changing the solutions we must create and the approaches we take across platforms in 2020 and beyond.
In our first session, we’ll discuss the issue of overcoming the challenges of “customer-centricity” in the ever-changing health and wellness sector. This couldn’t be more on the pulse with the current development of the Covid-19 virus spreading throughout our society and world.
Initially, the deep dive began as a hosted event with a discussion panel and has since has evolved into a series of podcasts with industry leaders. Our experts are from different areas within the Health and Wellness sector; from hospitals, government, disability services, and wellness. They will discuss from the podcast bubble the challenges they face, the insights they have gathered and the success stories they share.
Following on from our first podcast with Dr Joanna McMillan, Deepend Group continues the deep dive into Health & Wellness with Dr Amandeep Hansra.
Dr Amandeep has been practising as a GP for 17 years with interests in travel medicine, women's health, chronic disease management and mental health. As well as being a leading expert in digital health and telehealth services in Australia.
