We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our established project management team. This role focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of technically complex web and mobile application projects, ensuring rigorous control across scope, timelines, budgets, governance and quality.

You will play a critical leadership role in translating strategy into structured, well governed delivery, partnering closely with design, development, QA, stakeholders and clients to produce seamless digital solutions.

Primary Duties

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects including websites, web applications, mobile apps and integrated platforms.
• Drive project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, leveraging tools such as Jira and the Atlassian suite for sprint planning, backlog management and reporting.
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams and third party vendors, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery.
• Produce and maintain high quality project artefacts including scopes, technical specifications, status reports, governance documentation and change management logs.
• Oversee stakeholder communications and translate technical concepts into clear insights for non technical audiences.
• Implement strong delivery governance and continuous improvement practices to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent delivering complex web and mobile application projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong track record of managing fixed timelines and budgets while navigating technical complexity and scope challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile frameworks and Jira for backlog management, sprint planning and reporting.
• Exceptional organisational capability with a highly detail-oriented and disciplined approach to documentation and risk management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality scopes, proposals and contracts.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise with the ability to confidently lead senior client conversations.

Desirable Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile credentials.
• Experience delivering customer led digital transformation projects involving CRM, CMS, cloud infrastructure or AI enhanced solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance personal productivity and delivery efficiency.
