Innovation Lead - Maternity Cover
Our sister agency, How To Impact is looking for maternity cover from mid-September for Hannah, one of our amazing Innovation Leaders, and a key part of the Deepend Group Strategic Insight function.
It is a 9-months’ maternity leave position, but who knows where it may lead as we work together over the months. Do you know someone who this would suit?
They may be in a freelance role, coming back into the workforce, looking for a stint in Sydney or just looking for a change. The right candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience on either side of the innovation/consulting fence, with at least 3 years’ experience as an Innovation Project Leader. That means direct experience in a variety of design-thinking disciplines – from strategy, to insight definition, concept development and test & learn prototyping – successfully applied in product (inc FMCG) and service design, as well as innovation capability development.
Most importantly, this is a key role within the team dynamic – the right person has a crackling sense of humour, leans in, loves to nurture team members and their own self-development. Read more about the position below...
